A couple days after New Years we headed up the mountain to try our luck at finding the eagles again. We were successful in seeing over 50 eagles gathered to feed on salmon this time. I’ve heard they can gather in the hundreds, but this was cool enough for me 🙂

Reminds me of seeing them here on Scappoose Bay and also out of LaPine, near Bend. Beautiful!
